10x8" Linocut print. Acrylic paint and heat treated fabric ink on mylar. Patterned papers in the background.

Linocut! I really like working with it though these didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped, I'd like to experiment with it more.

This one's probably my favourite though.

our theme has to be about spring and some how make it transformative... I'm doing a bird on a curved tree branch with some patterns... at this point, I don't think she cares much about the subject/theme as much as us exploring the lino cutting process.

aww, but yours is so cool! and cute!!

mine is so uncreative... i honestly have no idea what to do with colors. the book store was sold out of rollers, black and red... I'm using a spray can as a roller and only have brown, white, green, and gold... so screwed.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that! Why don't you do a kind of sepia toned piece or something? You can just take the colours you have and mix them with the brown for slightly different colours - it might look neat! Not having a roller seems super painful though.
